This accessibility statement applies to https://faq.insolvency.gov.uk This service allows customers to get clear answers to questions around some of our core services.
We want as many people as possible to be able to use the service. For example, that means you should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings
- navigate most of the website using a keyboard or speech recognition software
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)
We've also made the text in this service as simple as possible to understand.

How accessible this service is
We believe parts of this service are accessible, but we do not yet know if it fully meets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard.
We have carried out basic accessibility checks and used standard GOV.UK components designed to be accessible. We plan to commission a full accessibility audit to identify any remaining issues.
This audit will be conducted alongside our other digital services during the next scheduled audit.
